Overview
The Competency – Based Programme (Accreditation Programme) are driven by the ACT520 Akta Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia (Pindaan 2011) referring to Part VII Registration, Accreditation, Certification and Training of Construction Personnel, Accreditation and certification of construction site supervisor and skilled construction worker, Section 33A(1) – No construction site supervisor or skilled construction worker shall be involved or engaged or undertake to be involve or engaged as a construction site supervisor or skilled construction worker unless he is accredited and certified by the Lembaga and holds as a valid certificate issued by the Lembaga under this act. There are 4 main disciplines in accreditation and certification of Construction Site Supervisor, which are Civil & Structure, Building & Architecture, Mechanical Works and Electrical Works
Completing this course will help you:
- Able to manage the Practical Completion.
- Able to manage the Defect Liability Period (DLP).
- Able to manage the Final Account.
- Able to assist to successfully handover the projects.
