Overview
Traffic Management is the management of occupational safety and site performance risks associated with work activities undertaken in a traffic environment. Risk Management and the elements of the risk management process form the basis of Traffic Management Plan (TMP). Mega Jati Academy is conducting four days course of Traffic Management Officer (TMO) and also essential courses such as Traffic Management Supervisor (TMS), Traffic Controller & Flagman. The course will focus on lecturing, group discussion and practical. The participants will be guided and taught on the best practice in Traffic Management, particularly at the construction site.
Completing this course will help you:
- Able to understand typical work zone areas
- Able to understand and implement emergency response plan (ERP).
- Able to understand mitigation phase
- Able to understand the effectiveness of construction traffic management control plans

Construction Traffic Management Officer who able to contractually prepare and propose CTMCP, understand CTMP and project management documentations with ability to perform quantity take off, BQ costing estimation and preparation, contract document, CTMSR and all other records and reports, required from his services
efficiently in his work zones area.
