PROGRAM OUTCOME FOR THIS COURSE:
Facilities Management Personnel who is well versed in coastal protective structure and dredging works operation including technical data evaluation, maintenance work management, coastal & protective structure, design, construction of coastal protective structure, dredging works, budget, contract & control investigation, management functions that coordinating and integrate for the safe, functional and optimized serviceability of the port & harbour infrastructure under his care.
|P03||Facilities Management Personnel who able to formulate and deliver a satisfactory, effective and economical routine maintenance works activities for high quality and acceptable wharves & access bridges, berthing & mooring facilities, floating structures including its manpower planning, risk management, budget planning, managerial duties, safety management, port & harbour electrification and human resource management support in the services are inclusive of operational servicing and maintenance scope of works|
|P04||Facilities Management Personnel who able to continuously apply a high quality warehouses, storage yards, depot, container blocks, and road & compound maintenance works including able to evaluate the objectives, prepare the related technical and financial documentation for the execution of projects, and adapting the best practices in overall port & harbour activities that are including regulatory compliance, system operation & maintenance (O&M) and system interfacing which lead to efficient management.|
|P05||Facilities Management Personnel who excellence in demonstrating his ability in ensuring satisfactory compliance of container and cargo handling machinery and equipment scope of works that including routine maintenance, predictive diagnostic, comprehensive documentation checklist and world-class maintenance methodologies using both conventional and modern simulation tools in delivering his works.|
|P06||Facilities Management Personnel who evaluates a range of principles and complex operational management techniques mechanical and electrical infrastructure in port and harbour across a wide spectrum of contractual obligations for the work of himself and others which include planning, execution and control the important parameters in port & harbour management such as material, manpower and machinery that also may include the monitoring and control procedures of material usage, budget, claim and payments.|
