Facilities Management Personnel who is knowledgeable, competent to facilitate, coordinate and fulfill the Railway Assets Management works efficiently by understanding related regulations & administration functions, construct and design standards and requirements in the operation and maintenance duration along with its life cycle operation.

  
P02Facilities Management Personnel who is well versed in permanent way operation including technical data evaluation, maintenance work management, mechanized machine operation, budget, and contract & control investigation, operation supervisory functions management functions that coordinating and integrate for the safe, functional and optimized serviceability of the railway assets infrastructure under his care.

Facilities Management Personnel who able to formulate and deliver satisfactory, effective, and economical routine maintenance works activities for high quality and acceptable train, station & control center operations including its manpower planning, risk management, budget planning, managerial duties, safety management, rail electrification, and human resource management support along the alignment services area inclusive of right-of-ways, operational servicing, and maintenance scope of works.

  
P04Facilities Management Personnel who able to continuously apply a high-quality rail electrification system works including able to evaluate the objectives, prepare the related technical and financial documentation for the execution of projects, and adapting the best practices in overall rail electrification related activities that are including regulatory compliance, system operation & maintenance (O&M) and system interfacing.
  
P05Facilities Management Personnel who excellence in demonstrating his ability in ensuring satisfactory compliance of rolling stock maintenance scope of works that including routine maintenance, predictive diagnostic, comprehensive documentation checklist and world-class maintenance methodologies using both conventional and modern simulation tools in delivering his works.
  
P06Facilities Management Personnel who evaluates a range of principles and complex operational management techniques in signaling & communication across a wide spectrum of contractual obligations for the work of himself and others which include planning, execution, and control the important parameters in railway assets management such as material, manpower and machinery that also may include the monitoring and control procedures of material usage, claim and payments.
