Overview

In orders to improve the capabilities Contractors registered with the CIDB, the level of competency of the directors and technical personnel of the company must be measured and commissioned through the respective Facilities Management Manager (FMM) and Facility Management Executive (FME) accreditation programs based on the competency standards developed by the Board. The Board has also required that only a contractor company with a Director of the Company/Technical Officer whose accreditation has been measured and recognized to be considered for registration as the Facilities Contractor with specialization F01 and F02. However, the accreditation is not limited to the construction personnel involved or works with a contractor only. It is open to any qualified construction personnel who has fulfilled the conditions stipulated by the Board
